The clarified juice is fermented to just above dryness to leave a juicy apple character on the finished product. A mix of spices are infused into the cider to impart a rich lush mouthfeel.

A blend of mostly Granny Smith & Pink Lady apples are juiced to give a fruity but crisp acid juice.

The aroma has hints of cinnamon and vanilla which allude to this sweeter style. The smell of Apple Strudel or pie plucked from the oven linger on the nose like it was your Grandma’s kitchen.
- Palate
The palate is rich and sweet but the addition of the allspice and nutmeg give complexity. After the first sip the spices linger to offset the sweetness slightly. The final impression is well balanced and a nice combination of sugar and spice and all things nice.
