AROMA
First impressions of this are clean and fruity but slightly subdued. The aroma has hints of baked apple which blend with the crispy apple skin notes.
AS YOU TASTE IT
The palate has a mouth coating depth of flavour. There is a blend of fruit and acid to make this a satisfying drink and a clean acid punch at the end to make you want another sip. The sugar level is relatively low so it won’t tire the palate too quickly. Not too sweet not too dry, true to the Draught Cider style.
SESSION SUGGESTIONS
One for traditional Cider drinkers. Great by itself, great before a meal with some nibbles or at the end with some cheese and biscuits.

ABOUT THE CIDER
The clarified juice is fermented to dryness and then Raspberry and Cranberry juice blended at the end to give sweetness and retain the rich aromas and flavours.
APPEARANCE
Berry pink coloured
AROMA
The raspberry hits you straight up front with the cranberry and apple contributing more to the palate.
AS YOU TASTE IT
The addition of the raspberry juice makes this super fruity and moderately sweet. The acid tartness from the cranberries in particular make this sweet taste less apparent and keep it refreshing. The Cider base gives some structure and mouthfeel so that this is more than just a juicy hit.
SESSION SUGGESTIONS
A fruity take on Cider which can be enjoyed anytime. Try it with a dessert – pavlova or brulee, but would probably go just as well with some Duck pancakes or a spicy Asian meal.

Pakham, Williams and Bosc’s Pears are crushed for the juice. The solids and pulp are retained to give cloudy juice.

APPEARANCE
Medium blonde with a tinge of green
AROMA
Crispy pears come straight to mind on the aroma. As it warms and evolves there is a slight funkiness. This has hints of cheddar cheese and dried fruit on a cheese platter.
AS YOU TASTE IT
Complex sugars in the pears give a complexity and depth of flavour. There is a generosity that contradicts the relatively low sugar level. It fills the mouth and has structure and balance between the fruit acid and natural sugars. The finish is refreshing and the flavours full. Fruity but not too sweet, crisp but not harsh.
SESSION SUGGESTIONS
See above in aroma! A perfect match for cheese and biscuits. As a snack, before, after or as a meal. Good BBQ fare with a few chips & dips.

AROMA
The aroma has hints of cinnamon and vanilla which allude to this sweeter style. The smell of Apple Strudel or pie plucked from the oven linger on the nose like it was your Grandma’s kitchen.

The palate is rich and sweet but the addition of the allspice and nutmeg give complexity. After the first sip the spices linger to offset the sweetness slightly. The final impression is well balanced and a nice combination of sugar and spice and all things nice.
